- Knowledge of shop practices and skill in using shop tools and equipment
- Must have reliable transportation and necessary tools

Lead Carpenter
Seeking a Lead Carpenter to join our expanding team working on high-end residential homes in the Birmingham/Farmington Hills area. The ideal candidate is someone that extensive finish carpentry experience. They will be responsible for overseeing crew members and x, y, and z.
Qualifications
- 4-5+ years of experience with finish carpentry (trim/cabinetry)
- Previous experience overseeing projects and crew memebers
- Knowledge of shop practices and skill in using shop tools and equipment
- Must have reliable transportation and necessary tools
- Must be insured
